Return & Exchange Policy
At Modern Emporium, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and address issues with damaged or incorrect items under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
- Returns must be shipped back and postmarked within 30 days from the order date.
- Returns will only be accepted if shipped using the prepaid return shipping label provided by Modern Emporium.
- Please do not use your own return label, as these returns may not be accepted or processed.
- Final Sale items (sale and clearance) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at boutique@modernemporium.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
- We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and provide further instructions.
Return Processing
- Returns are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive the item.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
- To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
