A returning Bellaforma favorite, the handcrafted Sofia Heart Bracelet has been refreshed with the same custom-made chain featured in our Sofia Heart Necklace. Its smooth, soldered links provide a refined feel along with added strength and lasting durability.
This is a substantial bracelet with a satisfying weight—not a lightweight or delicate charm design. Textured hearts, smooth polished hearts and repeating 6mm ball charms create a striking mix of dimension and movement. An oversized lobster clasp and petite rhinestone accent complete the bracelet.

To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging
- Tags must be attached
- Return must be postmarked within 30 days of order date
- Must use the prepaid return label provided by Modern Emporium
