Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and have original tags attached to be eligible for return.

Timeframe: Items must be shipped back and postmarked within 30 days from the order date.
- Final Sale Items: Sale/clearance items are not eligible for return and are considered final sale.

Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once processed, we will issue you an email confirmation along with online store credit for the returned items.

Exchange: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

All incorrect, damaged product(s), or returns must be notified to boutique@modernemporium.com within five days of recieving the item.
In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.
